Gymnastics pe

today I learnt to do a foreword roll properly and I can kind of jump over a cone on the beam I really enjoyed today.

today I learnt how to bounce on the trampoline properly and I tried to do a flip on the bar it was fun 

11/9/17 
today I learnt that the bar is really hard and it hurts when you fall also that jumping over a cone on a beam is hard 

14/9/17 
today my goal is to bounce on the trampoline properly I did not do this because I didn't get enough time on it. 

18/9/17
today I tried to do a foreword roll on the parallel bars but I freaked out and could not do it then I did a flip on the bar but I had to use a chair to get up I was kind of fun. 

21/9/17
today my goal is to do a forward roll on the parallel bars. I did not complete my goal because
I could not try it. but on the trampoline I learnt how to do swivel hips and I tried to do a back drop but was like a fish out of water. I found it fun 


25/9/17
today I was able for the first time hang upside down on the bar I found it really fun I enjoyed it.

28/9/17
today I was able to do a back drop for the first time I really enjoyed it I also tried to do a front drop but I was to scared.
