P.E 2017 (year 9)

                                         What I am doing in P.E will be on here

date 13/2/17 
topic: sprints starts and long jump
goal: learn to use the start blocks properly 
how I feel: I feel that I have reached the goal and that I will be good at long jump

I was prepared and organised for all my classes 
I was active to the task and did my best 
I had my gear every period
I learnt how to do triple jump 
I give my self a merit for athletics because I did my best and tried it I also encored Pairs a bit 
to make athletics better I would make every body do it and participate in it but still only do it for half a day
